Job Description 


We are seeking a self motivated professional, who possess a can-do attitude, enjoy being a part of a diverse team and are willing to adapt to island life. Main Duties;


Must have an excellent command of the English language, written and spoken. Any other language will be a distinct advantage.


Excellent communication skills with planning, coordinating, administration as well as good information processing knowledge.


Ability to perform self initiated correspondence and able to work under pressure.


Keep the GM informed of appointments and meetings scheduled. Maintain events diary, with necessary correspondence/ reports available during his meetings.


Check all incoming e-mail and make the necessary follow up with relevant persons in the resort/ head office.


Work according to the workload and pressure to meet deadlines.


Keep information of the office where necessary, strictly confidential.


Liaising with travel agents and sea Plane Company on GM flight arrangements.


Receive and monitors all incoming calls to GM’s office promptly and courteously as per resort standards. 


Requirements;
Degree in secretarial or business administration
Minimum 3 years of similar experience in the hospitality industry.
