1.Guest Services Officer
Job Scope:
- Carry out the smooth operation and efficiency of the Guest Services Section. This includes any guest requests, transfer of guest luggage to and from rooms and to provide general resort information to our guests.
- To give out accurate information concerning hotel facilities, functions, transportation system, etc and for controlling in giving out of mails, messages, and facsimiles to the guests.

Qualification:
- With at least two years work experience on the same post
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Able to read, write and speak in Japanese language
- Guest focused with strong attention to details

2. Demi Chef de Partie
Job Scope:
- To prepare and serve food according to given instructions and following the resorts quality guidelines
- Maintains timely preparation, food finishing and garnishing of menu items, including buffet preparation
- Participates on food preparation and presentation during meal hours

Qualification:
- With at least two years work experience
- Knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation and preservation
- Ability to organize and complete work in accordance to deadlines

3. PA/Administrative Assistant
Job Scope:
- Responsible for assisting General Manager/Executive Assistant Manager
- Maintain general filing system
- Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of the organization

Qualifications:

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
