Executive Secretary

Qualifications:

• A degree or under degree of any 4 year Business or Management courses, a bachelor’s degree a plus factor ;
• With secretarial skills, computer literacy in Microsoft applications; other software, an advantage;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of the German language, a plus factor;
• Has work experiences as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant for not less than two (2) years;
• Can prepare minutes of meeting and draft letters of correspondence;
• Highly organized and has the ability to handle pressures;
• With knowledge of basic Accounting principles and applications; can handle other office equipment like fax machine, photocopier, calculator;
• With good Public Relations and pleasing personality.
