Executive Chef

The ideal candidate should have a minimum 2 years experience at an outstanding deluxe operation as Executive Chef, be up to date with the latest trends in Western & Asian Cuisine globally, possess an intense passion for food, be hands-on, able to plan, lead, communicate to and motivate a team to deliver exceptional, stylish yet simple cuisine with substance. The candidate must be able to continue to maintain Cocoa Island’s leading position in quality of cuisine in the Maldives.

Salary and Benefits
Monthly salary, monthly service charge, one day off a week, 30 days annual leave, public holidays, 2 R&R tickets, medical insurance, single accommodation with all meals & return ticket home each year.
