We rae looking for several Senior Therapist/ Assistant Spa Managers to work in Middleeast region
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1) To monitor the daiy operations and provide assistance to the Spa Manager
2) Should have good understanding of all the aspects – Sales, Finance, Training etc
3) Supervise the daily performance of all the therapists
4) Abilty to set an example in practical performance of all the treatments- Body and Beauty
5) Be proactive and provide ideas and suggestions to improve the customer satisfaction levels.
6) Coordinate with the Spa Manager in ensuring the standards are maintained and all the procedures are followed.
7) Develop Spa Standard Operating Procedures
8) Keep up to date on industry trends, guests’ satisfaction competition and business climate.
9) Liaise with line management on any matters
Skills and Abilities
1) Must be 25 years and above
2) Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role.
3) International qualification from a recognised university (i.e. CIDESCO, CIBTAC, BABTAC, ITEC etc.)
4)Excellent customer service and team building skills
5) Proficiency in computer skills and related softwares
6) Well groomed, presentable and dedicated team player
7) Excellent communication skills in English

Job Description
1) Monitor and maintain trainings and assessments the entire team
2)Strategically plan training and assessments on a quaterly basis, based on the marketing trends and future launch
3)Provide induction and training to new staff, to ensure that standards are met
4)Focus and motivate team to work towards daily targets in line with monthly targets
5)Supervise the daily performance of the staff and analyse the areas that need training
6) Handle Marketing and Promotional Events
7) Create spa menu, design signature treatments
8) Handle Staff recruitment and training
9)To oversee, monitor, support and upgrade the daily operations
Skills Required
1)Must be 25 years and above
2) Candidates should have clinical background
3) Candidates having Medical Spa background will be an advantage
4}Must have at least 2-3 years of work experience.
5}Related qualification from a recognised institute
6}Excellent customer service skills
7}Competent in both Leadership & Pioneering qualities
8) Proficiency in computer skills and spa related softwares
9)High coaching and organisational skills
10)Extremely well groomed, presentable, dedicated team player and ability to work under stressful environment
11) Excellent communication skills in English (any additional language an advantage
