Skill Attributes:
-Should preferably possess a professional qualification such as Bachelor’s degree
-Ability to prepare and implement short-term and long-term plans
-Ability to lead a team and work in a dynamic environment
-Ability to communicate in written and spoken English (preferably speak and extra language such as Arabic, French, German, Spanish, or Russian)
-Computer literate
-Previous experience in the posts, would be an added advantage
