HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR

Duties : Include but not limited to Employee Administration,Leave, transfers, promotions, accommodation, BenefitAdministration (incl.Medical), Performance Appraisals, contract renewals, Staff Events planner and organizing, File maintenance and Audits.

Qualification : Must have a Gr.12 and a Certificate in Human Resources Management, a Diploma would be an added advantage. Must have at least 2 years experience in Human Resources. Must be able to communicate Fluently in English, Divehi, other languages, e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam would be advantage.
