These positions require people with special qualities---passionate, committed and well-motivated with excellent communication skills and the desire to provide the best personalized guest service at all times. Previous resort experience in a similar role I preferred, the ability to speak in another language (French, German, Korean, Japanese, and Italian) will be an advantage
