Assistant Project Manager
Ideal candidates will have at least 3-4 years of experience in the construction industry with a preference in tourist resort construction. Experience in structural engineering of over-water facilities is a must. Candidates should possess knowledge and experience with construction/project management processes and methods. Strong communication, supervisory and organizational skills are essential for this position. Fluency in Dhivehi and English are a must, other languages an added advantage. Computer literates with CAD knowledge preferred.
Package: MRf 15,000.00 salary, accommodation and food are provided

Assistant Purchasing Manager
Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity within a resort or resort project environment. Must have a thorough understanding of quality characteristics of goods, be a strong negotiator and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach. Computer literacy is essential for this position as are superior communications skills, the ability to multi-task, problem-solving skills as well as knowledge of logistics and supply management.
Package: MRf 8,000.00 salary plus MRf 1,500.00 food allowance per month, accommodation provided for expatriates

Accountant
Ideal candidates will have at least 3-4 years of experience in the similar capacity with a preference in construction. Experience in computerized accounting environment and knowledge of project costing, double entries, cash controls and overall control procedures are a perquisite. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position. Part qualification in accounting profession will be distinctive advantage.
Package: MRf 6,000.00 salary plus MRf 1,500.00 food allowance per month, accommodation provided for expatriates

Admin & HR Assistant
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity, however, motivated school leavers will be considered. A pleasant personality and great organizational skills are essential for this position as is fluency in spoken and written Dhivehi and English. Must be proficient in Windows, Word and Excel with the ability to multi-task. Experience in hotel/resort environments an advantage.
Package: MRf 3,000.00 salary plus MRf 1,500.00 food allowance per month
