Job Summary / Work Hours / Site:
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the HR Department. Working with the Group of HR Executives, you will be involved in implementing strategies to recruit, develop and enhance the performance of the company. Working hours are 9 hours a day, 6 days a week@ Sultans of the Seas, Male’

Skills and Competencies
A Diploma in a related Subject,
Well organized, pleasant and ability to multitask with good interpersonal skills. Fluency in English & Dhivehi is essential. Familiar with PC and MS Office applications, Minimum 2 years work experience is important.

JOB VACANCY

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management or other accounting qualifications
Five Years work experience in same industry, commercial sector, or construction industry, preferably with experience of product sourcing through to inventory and forecasting
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and commonly used Accounting packages
Having Strong interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and of high personal integrity
Influential communicator with the ability to negotiate and persuade at all levels.
Experience of working to target and achieving results
Knowledge of procurement methods and procedures of a large scale centralized purchasing function including knowledge of product market, buying, quality assurance, contract administration will be an advantage

Remunerations

Remuneration package between USD1500 – USD1800 ( depending on qualifications & experience)
