We are currently recruiting for the following positions.

CHEF DE PARTIES (HOT RANGE)

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 4 years experience in the capacity of a Chef de Partie
• Good knowledge of Food products in cold kitchen Buffet & all-la cart.
• Assisting the Sous Chef with developing menus and setting standard recipes which allow the resort to run at an acceptable food cost.
• Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
• Good command of written and spoken English

BUTCHER

REQUIREMENT

• A minimum of 3-4 years experience in an equivalent level of a Resort
• Must be able to work in all areas of the kitchen depending on the daily requirement of the Head Chef
• Should possess good knowledge of current food trend with reference to presentation and style
• Must be able to instruct and lead subordinates trough their daily requirements in food preparation

Qualification Summary

• A minimum of three or more years’ experience within five star luxury resorts
• Sommelier Certification.  Attendance in Seminars, conferences, courses and other wine industry related events will be considered as advantage
• An excellent knowledge and work familiarization with wine lists that are truly international in scope and content
• Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.  Knowledge and abilities in other languages would be beneficial
• Leadership skills
• Microsoft Office application literacy
• Cross-cultural work environments exposure
• Self-motivated and able to work alone but also be able to work as part of a team
