We are currently recruiting for the following positions.

PASTRY – CHEF

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef
• Assist running the pastry section of the kitchen
• Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings
• Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation
• Plan production to facilitate daily requirements
• Develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulation

CHEF - GARDEMANGER

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef Gardemanger
• Good knowledge of Food products in cold kitchen Buffet & all-la cart.
• Assisting the Sous Chef with developing menus and setting standard recipes which allow the resort to run at an acceptable food cost.
• Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
• Good command of written and spoken English

Requirements:

• Should have minimum 2 years experience in similar position
• Should have secretarial skills
• Minimum  Educational qualification –(A-level)
• Should have good command over English.
• Should have good computer knowledge of MS Office with good presentation skills
• Should be a good communicator, presentable and a team player

Job Responsibilities

• General Admin assistance to GM/OM and F&B office.

Senior Gardener

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a Five star resort.
• Excellent knowledge in Gardening,
• A diploma in agriculture will be an added advantage.
• Good supervision and administrative skills
• Ability to do Landscaping
• Ability to lead, motivate and communicate with multicultural associates
• Should be able to  communicate in English
