Finance Department
STOREKEEPER
Minimum 2 years experience in the similar position.
Knowledge in Accounting with strong administrative skills

Chef Jobs at Thulhagiri Island Resort

Thulhagiri is situated in North Male’ atoll approximately 13 km from the airport and takes only 25 minutes by speed boat. The island is surrounded by a crystal clear lagoon encompassing spectacular tropical marine life.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions.

PASTRY – CHEF
REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef
  • Assist running the pastry section of the kitchen
  • Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings
  • Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation
  • Plan production to facilitate daily requirements
  • Develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulation
ASIAN- CHEF -   SOUTH EAST ASIAN CUISINE
REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 4-5 years experience in the capacity of a Asian- Chef  –Asian Food
  • Gained experience in the cuisine from the following localities: Thailand,Singapore,Malaysia and Vietnam. Possessing experience in the area if Chinese and Japan cuisine would be an advantage
  • Assisting the Sous Chef with developing menus and setting standard recipes which allow the resort to run at an acceptable food cost.
  • Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
  • Good command of written and spoken English

CHEF DE PARTIE  GARDEMANGER
REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef de Partie
  • Good knowledge of Food products in cold kitchen Buffet & all-la cart.
  • Assisting the Sous Chef with developing menus and setting standard recipes which allow the resort to run at an acceptable food cost.
  • Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
  • Good command of written and spoken English
