We are currently looking for the
following position:
Human Resources Manager
To maintain and enhance the
organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating
employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Should be proficient in Hiring, Human
Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management,
Communication Processes, Compensation/Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Local
Employment Law and Organization.
You will be responsible for the efficient
running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate
Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner
expectations.
Ideally with a university degree or
diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work
experience with an international luxury brand as Human Resources Manager or
Personnel Manager in a larger operation. International experience, good problem
solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
