KITCHEN ADMISNISTRATOR 
RELATIONSHIP:
  1. Reports directly to the Executive Chef.
  2. Coordinates information with other departments and other section of Food and Beverage Outlets
  3. Interacts with finance, suppliers, staff in the absence of the Executive Chef
  4. Responsible for handling of Event Orders before in the briefing

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. To perform all secretariat duties, such as: dictating, Drafting, Incoming and outgoing letters
  2. To update. 'Systematic files and implemented the computerization of all on files of all new events
  3. Computerization of the entire Staff list. Vacation plan, personnel references
  4. To prepare monthly report of Kitchen Training, Goals Progress, Food Cost Recapitulation
  5. To follow up transfer, requisition related to food production
  6. To be trained every year on update of computer program
  7. To keep confidential all sensitive issue (staff, salary, warning, special project)
  8. Performs related duties and special project assignment
ABOUT YOU:
In order to be considered for this role you will show that you have qualification from a recognized institution and you must possess an internationally approved Food Safety Certificate.
You should be able to demonstrate at least three years’ experience of working in a five star hotel in F&B restaurant or hotel experience.
It is essential that you will have an experience in MC FIDELIO.
This is a very "hands on" and demanding position so it is paramount that you work well in a team but are also able to set standards and lead by example at all times.
 You must be comfortable working under pressure and be passionate about your job
You will have strong written and verbal English skills as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office as strong communication skills are required

CHEF  DE  PARTIE  GARDEMANGER
REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef de Partie
  • Good knowledge of Food products in cold kitchen Buffet & all-la cart.
  • Assisting the Sous Chef with developing menus and setting standard recipes which allow the resort to run at an acceptable food cost.
  • Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
  • Good command of written and spoken English

CHEF DE PARTIES (HOT RANGE)
REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef de Partie
  • Good knowledge of Food products in cold kitchen Buffet & all-la cart.
  • Assisting the Sous Chef with developing menus and setting standard recipes which allow the resort to run at an acceptable food cost.
  • Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
  • Good command of written and spoken English      

CHEF  DE   PARTIE  PASTRY
REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef de Partie
  • Assist running the pastry section of the kitchen
  • Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings
  • Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation
  • Plan production to facilitate daily requirements
  • Develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings
  • Manage food cost controls to contribute to F&B revenue
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulation

DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE (HOT & COLD RANGE)
REQUIREMENT
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the capacity of a Demi Chef de Partie
  • Good knowledge of Food products in hot & cold kitchen Buffet
  • Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
  • Self motivated and results oriented
