following position:
Personnel Officer
To assist the Human Resources Manager in
the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department ensuring
that the policy and procedures outlined in the department are fully adhered to.
Job Requirement
- Pleasant
personality & positive attitude.
- High
school diploma or an equivalent preferred
- Able
to convey information and ideas clearly
- Work
well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Proficient
in English (verbal & written) essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in Administration field
- Strong
organizational, supervisory, computer and communication skills
- Effective
at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised
by colleagues.
- Must
be able to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy,
follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work well with limited
supervision.
