Robinson Club Maldives is in urgent need
of
Chief Engineer
Basic Requirements:
He should be able to manage all aspects
of the maintenance and repairs of all technical items such as generators,
desalination plant, laundry and kitchen equipment, golf cart, STP and the like;
handles and ensures maximum guest satisfaction consistent with the Robinson
Club Maldives standards which includes risk and crisis management. He should be able to improve efficiency of
the staff, maximize budget and achieve targets; can plan, organize, control and
implement overall engineering and technical operations; able to handle and
manage staff well.
Other Qualifications:
He must be a certified or licensed
Mechanical or Electrical Engineer; with vast experience in service industry as
Chief Engineer; knowledge of carpentry, masonry works, generator repairs, water
desalination plant; willing to work on single status. Computer literate and able to conduct various
training necessary to the technical department. Experience in the Maldives is
an advantage.
