Human Resources

Welfare & Logistic Assistant (Locals Only)

• Must have good experience and knowledge in Welfare & Logistic
• Effective communicator and problem solver
• Imposes check-in and check-out procedures in Team Members accommodation
• Conducts regular room inspections in coordination with HR and Security
• Good administration and computer literacy skills
• Outgoing personality with excellent customer care skills
• Ability to work as a Team Player
• Ability to work long hours
• 1 year of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort

F&B SERVICE

Waiter/Waitress (Locals only)

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer care skills
• Must have good background knowledge on serving and dealing with guests
• Must be able to multi task effectively
• Flexibility in working long hours
• 1-3 years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort

We are seeking qualified Waiters or Waitress to join our small professional team of wait staff

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be responsible for setting up tables, delivering food and beverages, ensuring areas are clean and tidy, maintaining stock levels and restaurant set up.

Previous experience as Waiter/Waitress is essential.

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong verbal communication skills (English & Dhiveli)

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask
