Cook/Commis
- 2 – 3 years experience in similar role
- Previous experience in luxury hotel properties
- Experience in modern and traditional style cuisine
- Has sound knowledge of Haccp and hygiene Asia
- Preferably has remote location experience
Spa Therapist
- Minimum 2 – 3 years work experience as Spa Therapist
- Able to do Javanese Massage, Thai massage, Body Mask, Body Scrub, Aromatherapy Footbath, Manicure pedicure, facials and hair Scalp Treatment
- Good knowledge of English and communication skills
- Good phone manner
- Able to work in a team
- Relevant experience in resorts or hotels will be an advantage
- High grooming standards
GM Personal Assistant
- At least 2 – 3 years working experience in the same capacity in a highly established Hotel/ Resort.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Computer literature
- Manage the calendar and day-to-day appointments
- Organize travel plans, book tickets and necessary travel requirements
- Correspond on behalf of the GM when required
- Handle guest complaints and reply if necessary on behalf of GM
- Assist with any admin or secretarial work that may be required on a daily basis
- Assist GM in any tasks or duties assigned accordingly
