• Minimum GCE O'Level
• Good interpersonal and communication skills together with outstanding personal presentation
• Strong spoken and written English
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Intermediate knowledge in accounts
• Excellent business and communication skills
• Knowledge of resort operations
• Ability to work under pressure and challenging environment, willing to work long hours

• Must have good experience and knowledge in Welfare & Logistic
• Effective communicator and problem solver
• Imposes check-in and check-out procedures in Team Members accommodation
• Conducts regular room inspections in coordination with HR and Security
• Good administration and computer literacy skills
• Outgoing personality with excellent customer care skills
• Ability to work as a Team Player
• Ability to work long hours
• 1 year of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort
