GALLERY ATTENDANT
(Female only)
Scope of Position:
To ensure polite, efficient and excellent
Guests’ service in accordance with the resorts’ Gallery/ Retail operation to
maximise Guests’ satisfaction. Greet and
escort the guests and show them the items as per their choice and request with
the descriptions of all. Assists in maintaining the Gallery clean and well
organized, understanding the items/ prices and to ensure ‘revenue maximization’
with the art of professional selling.
Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience in the similar role in
retail operation.
Qualifications: GCE ‘O’ level with completion of chosen academics.
Special Skills: Excellent ‘Guests’ Service’ skills, positive attitude with
attention to detail. An exposure to MS Office and Opera is highly desired.
Languages: Excellent English communication skills both written and
oral. An offering of additional foreign language a plus.
