Job Summary

The captain is the person in charge of operating the vessel and the crew. The person should be a ‘hands-on’ person and must also be able to carry out administrative work tasks. The person should thoroughly understand the service and all operations on board the vessel and should also be ready to entertain guests where necessary.

You will be based in Maldives but will work on board one of Sultans of the Seas luxury yachts (the Sultans way).

Skills and Competencies

Relevant licenses required to captain a motor yacht of over 100ft.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Computer literacy.
Over 4 years of experience as a Captain.
Ability to speak a foreign language will be an added advantage.

Remuneration & Benefits

Salary: MRF 12,000.00 – MRF 16,000.00 (negotiable)
Medical Care, Leave Allowance, Ramazan Allowance, Career Development Opportunities, Food& accommodation are arranged on board the vessel, Salary
Increment will be provided according to company policies.

Qualification & Requirements:

O/Level standard or equivalent
Fluent in English
Minimum of at least one year experience in a similar position
Committed, enthusiastic and energetic
Customer oriented
Friendly, cooperative and a good team player
Able to work on shift duties

Demi Chef De Partie – Cold Kitchen

Qualification & Requirements:

O/Level standard or equivalent
Fluent in English
Knowledge cold kitchen and salads
At least 01 years of experience in a similar position
Able to work on shift duties
Able to work under pressure and supervision
Committed, friendly, energetic and enthusiastic

Demi Chef De Partie – Pastry

Qualification & Requirements:

O/Level standard or equivalent
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of bakery and pastry
At least 02 years of experience in a similar position
Able to work on shift duties or even odd hours
Able to work under pressure and supervision
Committed, friendly, energetic and enthusiastic
