Welfare & Logistic Assistant (Local Only)

• Must have good experience and knowledge in Welfare & Logistic
• Effective communicator and problem solver
• Imposes check-in and check-out procedures in Team Members accommodation
• Conducts regular room inspections in coordination with HR and Security
• Good administration and computer literacy skills
• Outgoing personality with excellent customer care skills
• Ability to work as a Team Player
• Ability to work long hours
• 1 year of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort

IVD / RESTAURANT MANAGER

(Maldivian only)

Scope of Position:

To assist and supervise all F&B hosts in In-Villa Dining / Food and Beverage outlets within the resort. To ensure prompt, polite, efficient and high standards of food and beverage service in accordance with resort’s best practices and SOP and ‘LQA’ standards. To assist the F&B Manager maximizing profitability of the outlet and to act on all policies and procedures as outlined by him/her.

Experience: At least 2 years experience as IVD Manager/ Outlet Manager in remote resort environment a plus. Ideal candidate is a Hotel Management graduate with relevant management/ leadership experience in the field.

Qualifications: Higher school qualification with Hotel Management degree a plus.

Special Skills: Excellent people and leadership skill, attention to detail, and able to train and develop people. Exposure to MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Languages: Excellent English communication skills both written and oral. An offering of additional foreign language a plus
