  • Job Summary:

Responsible in administering and up keeping employee records, benefits, welfare and training of the team. Able to follow and assist in monitoring and implementing the HR policies of the company.
  • Salaries and Remunerations:

Basic Salary: MRF 6,000.00 to MRF 8,000.00

Other Benefits: Medical Care, Leave Benefits, Career Development Opportunities and Salary Increments based on performance and company policy.
  • Skills and Competencies:

- Timeliness.
- Well organized.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Dhivehi.
- Able to multitask.
- Familiar with PC and MS Office applications.
- Previous experience in HR administration field.
- Pleasant personality and appearance.
- Flexible to travel within Maldives and abroad, given the opportunity.
- Good interpersonal skills.
