RESERVATIONS AGENT

• Young dynamic and highly motivated
• In depth knowledge front office systems
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
• In depth knowledge of Reservation  systems
• Highly motivated with strong leadership skills
• Highly developed interpersonal / communication skills
• Guest focused friendly, co-operative, responsive attitude and a team player.
• Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person
• High level of written and spoken English
