• With minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the same position in international hotels
• With knowledge in overhauling Cummins Generator, water plant
• Demonstrates ability and aptitude for mechanical equipment troubleshooting
• Ability to read, understand and speak English language is essential (additional language is an advantage

Head of Human Resource Unit. 

Job Summary: 

Be responsible in developing and maintaining a team of people from diverse backgrounds. Strive to contribute towards the development of the members and resort through various strategies. Accountable to manage the entire HR function of the resort while liaising with the HOD’s of various divisions.

Skills and Competencies: 

• Degree in HR or Management Administration.
• Two to three years work experience in HR.
