We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic individual to join our team as

Head of Human Resource Unit. 

Job Summary: 
Be responsible in developing and maintaining a team of people from diverse backgrounds. Strive to contribute towards the development of the members and resort through various strategies. Accountable to manage the entire HR function of the resort while liaising with the HOD’s of various divisions.

Remunerations: 
Basic Salary, Service Charge, Medical Care, Leave Benefits, Career Development Opportunities and Salary Increments based on performance and resort policy. 

Skills and Competencies: 
  • Degree in HR or Management Administration.
  • Two to three years work experience in HR.
  • Significant experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management & Development
  • Possess high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Friendly and courteous, approachable and with a genuine disposition of being helpful.
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership within a diverse workforce.
