Human Resource Executive
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of
administrative and people related tasks and must be able to work independently
with little or no supervision. The candidate must be exceedingly well organized,
flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting the department
head. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced
environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive,
resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and
confidentiality is crucial to this role. Proficient in written and verbal communication
skills, effective decision making ability and attention to detail are equally
important.
Requirements
Age 25 to 35 years (Female preferred)
Minimum Diploma in Business, Management
or HR.
At least 2 years of experience in a
similar position is required
Must be able to work under pressure and
long hours (if required)
Posses high degree of confidentiality and
integrity
Able to multi-task and work independently
with minimum supervision
Well organized, good team player, strong
sense of responsibility & urgency, with attention to details
Good interpersonal skills with pleasant
personality
