Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be a reliable person

Excellent initiative skills

Ability to work and make decisions under pressure

Educated to a acceptable level to undertake the activities ideally in Reservation and Sales or Business / Hospitality and Tourism Management

A minimum of two years in the industry in the relevant departments

Highly motivated with strong leadership skills

Excellent organizational skills and communication skills

Have good awareness of the local political, legal and social issues and sensitivities

Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams

Have strong numerical analytical and commercial skills

Be able to prepare forecasts and reports

Flexibility is a plus point during work hours

Be able to use a PC and the MS Office suite of programs as business tool.

Fluency in English

SIGNATURE CHEF

(A Leader for Fine dining Restaurant)

A creative chef responsible for our signature fine dining restaurant to offer ‘A memorable experience’ to our Guests. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with profound knowledge of a wide range of International cuisine with excellent organization skills and should create, organize and manage a team of chefs to deliver an unforgettable experience to the guests.

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position within five star luxury hotels & Resorts.

2. Qualification: Diploma or equivalent education

3. Language: English communication skill both written and oral is a must.

4. Culinary Skills:

Good knowledge of Food products.
Menu Planning and Budgeting.
Market exploitation, food cost controlling, and knowledge of kitchen equipments.
Candidate must have an outgoing personality that is able to entice guests in a unique dining experience.
Must be hardworking and energetic & willing to work under pressure with excellent coordination and Customer Service skills with an Eye for Details
Michelin Experience would definitely be an added advantage
