Chief Steward
- Should
have very good knowledge of hygiene.
- Should
maintain good hygiene and should possess good knowledge of Health and Safety
issues whilst working in the Kitchen
- Must
be able to maintain and monitor high standards of all the Kitchen Cutleries.
- Should
possess good knowledge of current food trends with reference to presentation
and style
- Ability
to work as a Team Player
- Flexibility
in working long hours
- 4-5
years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort

Steward (Maldivian Only)
- Ability
to work as a Team Player
- Flexibility
in working long hours
- An
outgoing personality with excellent customer care skills.
- Thrives
on the interaction with people.
- Ability
to respond and adapt to various situations and circumstances.
- 1-2
years of experience in a 5 star Hotel/Resort
