Accountable to manage the entire HR function of the company while liaising with the HOD’s of various divisions.

Salaries and Remunerations:

Basic Salary: MRF 10,000.00 to MRF 14,000.00

Skills and Competencies: 
  • Degree in HR or Management Administration. 
  • Five to six years work experience in HR. 
  • Significant experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management & Development 
  • Possess high level of professionalism and integrity. 
  • Friendly and courteous, approachable and with a genuine disposition of being helpful. 
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all levels of the organization. 
  • Leadership within a diverse workforce. 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Dhivehi. 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Well versed in recruitment, budgetary functions, personnel administration, benefits administration and overseeing staff accommodation.
