Sales and Marketing Assistant (Maldivians Only)

Requirements:

A Person with people’s skills who can speak self effectively.
Able to work with stake holders (suppliers, distributors, customers, colleagues) smoothly.
Proactive team work and able to meet targets and deadlines.
Compile reports and provide feedback on products and services.
Develop and manage sales and marketing materials and contents on timely manner.
Able to attend meetings (resorts) and exhibitions.
Able work 6 days a week and achieve the sales & marketing targets.

Qualifications:

Fluent (writing and speaking) Dhivehi and English.
GCE O’ Level / A’ Level passes in English, Mathematics, Business Studies and Accounts.
Able to understand web and different marketing methods, handle sales paper works, rate calculations and compose marketing materials.
Working experience in the industry is a bonus.

GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER - RUSSIAN

Job Scope: Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of

all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.

Experience: 1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and

experience.

Qualifications: High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

Required Skills:

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Able to read and write English
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

WELFARE OFFICER

Job Scope: Perform entry-level human resources and welfare services duties in support of the hotel’s Human Resources programs and philosophies. Provide basic employee assistance, often serving as initial point of contact for human resources-related matters.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Qualification: G.C. E O’level
