Master Chef
Qualification and attributes expected;
...-  Posses excellent knowledge and skill of making different varieties of food,
...-  Minimum three years of work experience as a chef de party or similar position preferably in hot range in a five star property,

Position: General Cashier
Requirement: 
A recognized university degree or a diploma in a related field and or;
Vocational Education certificate in arithmetic or related discipline.
2 years of professional experience as a General Cashier.
Effective verbal and listening communication skill in English Language.
Matured dynamic and highly motivated person.
Must have excellent computer knowledge.

Position: Front Desk Supervisor
Requirement: 
A recognized university degree or diploma in related field and or;
At least 4 years experience in similar position.
Outgoing personality who foster customer relations.
Matured dynamic and motivated
Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, people person and very service oriented

Position: Demi Chef De Partie
Requirement: 
Hotel school graduates and/ or experience in a similar position
At least 5 years of experience, must thoroughly understand the job function.
Matured person with excellent oral and written communication skill in English language.

Position: Power House Technician (Maldivian only)
Requirement: 
At least 2 years experience as a power house attendant.
Willing to work long and odd hours on shift duty.
Should have good knowledge of power house operations.

Position: Bell Man (Maldivian only)
Requirement: 
Vocational or Technical Certificate in related field.
At least 2 years experience in similar position
Young dynamic and motivated
Able to drive the buggy and handle physically demanding workload
Being able to communicate in English Language
Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, people person and very service oriented

HEAD PASTRY CHEF - 1

Scope of Position:   Take responsibility for overall management of the Pastry Kitchen and to assist the Executive Chef to provide an efficient cost effective food service to the guests and the hosts of the Resort.

Experience:      Minimum 5 years of experience at top food production level

Qualifications:  Diploma in Culinary art or equivalent

Special Skills:   Good knowledge of Food products. Market exploitation, food cost controlling knowledge and knowledge of kitchen equipment.

Languages:  Excellent English communication skills both oral and written. Knowledge and abilities in other languages is desirable. Knowledge of Dhivehi also seen as an advantage

CHEF DE PARTIE (HOT KITCHEN) - 1

Scope of Position:   Responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the assigned kitchens. Supervise the work quality and quantity of assigned staff within that section.

Experience:  Minimum 3 years of experience at top food production level

Qualifications:  Diploma in Culinary art or equivalent
Special Skills:  Assign daily work volume to difference sections in the assigned kitchen, constantly supervise all products.

Languages: Excellent English communication skills both oral and written. Knowledge and abilities in other languages is desirable.
