HEAD PASTRY CHEF - 1
Scope of Position: Take
responsibility for overall management of the Pastry Kitchen and to assist the
Executive Chef to provide an efficient cost effective food service to the
guests and the hosts of the Resort.
Experience: Minimum 5 years
of experience at top food production level
Qualifications: Diploma in
Culinary art or equivalent
Special Skills: Good
knowledge of Food products. Market exploitation, food cost controlling
knowledge and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
Languages: Excellent
English communication skills both oral and written. Knowledge and abilities in
other languages is desirable. Knowledge of Dhivehi also seen as an advantage
CHEF DE PARTIE (HOT KITCHEN) - 1
Scope of Position: Responsible
for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the assigned kitchens.
Supervise the work quality and quantity of assigned staff within that section.
Experience: Minimum 3 years
of experience at top food production level
Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary
art or equivalent
Special Skills: Assign daily
work volume to difference sections in the assigned kitchen, constantly
supervise all products.
Languages: Excellent
English communication skills both oral and written. Knowledge and abilities in
other languages is desirable.
