Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant HR Manager in a 5* resort operation
Proven track record of key HR accomplishments at work place
Excellent time management skills with ability to independently plan work and execute tasks
Excellent leadership skills in leading and coaching Team Members
Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent MS Office / HRIS software skills
Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations

Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Summary: Responsible to ensure that the company’s products are well marketed in the market and are roll in a profitable manner, while increasing the visibility of the company.

Duties & responsibilities;

Understand company’s products and become expertise in the field for particular product.
Promote and materialize sales for products by means of every marketing effort, while ensure that a sale is closed till payment.

Find new ways of securing more potential customers
Assist in creating market specific promotional campaigns
Assist the company’s sales department and other relevant personals in developing business.
