Career Opportunities at Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas


1. Waiter
Job scope:
  • To interact with guests to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and maximize the returns to the hotel. 
  • To be a sales ambassador for the hotel, generating and following up on potential sales leads to maximize business for the hotel.  This may include F&B upselling, or the promotion of other services offered by the hotel.
  • To fully participate in departmental training to improve personal skills and hotel service levels.
Salary & Benefits:

2.  Bartender
Job Scope:
  • To understand and adhere to Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and to always be looking to recommend improvements to those procedures
  • To professionally set up bar at the start of opening, including liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnishes
  • To process drink orders in proper calling order, to check for correct number of drinks and manage billing quickly and efficiently.

3. Chef de partie (Chinese)
Job Scope:
  • To be responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and quality control of all food items
  • To be responsible for the daily requirements of each different sections of the kitchen department as regards to the preparation of all sauces, stocks and soups, for all service outlets of the hotel according to standard recipes
  • To read and take immediate action on report relating to kitchen from Sous Chef
  • To liase with all sections to ensure high standard of production and preparation is untertake at all time
