Qualification
Applicants must have 1-3 years previous experience in similar positions with adequate academic qualification and be fluent in both written and spoken English. Degree/Diploma in a related field will be an advantage.

Villa Host (Russian Speaking)
• Previous Front Office experience of 02 years within a hotel environment
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Russian and English knowledge in both verbal and written communication skills
• A service minded attitude and an excellent personality
• Strong complaint handling and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with flexibility in a 7 day rotating roster, including nights and accompanying guests with excursions
• Computer skills / OPMS - essential
• A willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
Villa Host (Chinese Speaking)
• Previous Front Office experience of 02 years within a hotel environment
• Degree of Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage
