Demi Chef - South East Asian Cuisine

Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma, Maldives is currently looking for a Chef de Partie and a Demi Chef de Partie; both with a strong exposure to South East Asian cuisine to complete the culinary team.

To be successful in the role you will you would have gained experience in cuisines from the following localities: Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. Possessing experience in the area of Chinese and/ or Japanese cuisine would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will have proven records of stability in his/ her properties and have a clearly defined career path.
