Berthold & Kotthoff Associates Pvt Ltd is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the position of Project Administration Manager for a five star resort development in the Maldives. The candidate will be based in Male and coordinate from our head office the various duties and responsibilities at multiple interfaces.

Day to day responsibilities will be to liaise and coordinate with architects and site project management team. Preparation of tender documents, review, assessment and reporting on tender documents as well negotiation with contractors. Monitoring architect drawings, variations and BOQ.

.

At the same time the candidate should have an understanding of Human Resource affairs Necessary qualification, apart from Degree/Diploma or equivalent are strong management skills, engineering, construction or architectural background, good communication skills.

We are offering an 18-month contract, a highly competitive salary with benefits, accommodation, medical insurance etc, 30 days leave plus 7 days R&R per annum.
