Security & Marine Supervisor (Male)
Job Functions
• To supervise, manage the day-to-day operations of security/marine department and to provide maximum safety and security for employees, hotel property and the surrounding area/environment.
Job Responsibilities
To establish and to communicate safety, security, marine and fire prevention policies with pertinent departments and other concerned local authorities.
To demonstrate the company core values and the operating principles.
To serve as the departments representative and maintain effective liaison with law enforcement agencies in the community.
To formulate and direct the maintenance of appropriate operations records covering; theft of Government or private property, incident reports covering infractions of law or violations of property, fire inspections, building inspections for security, safety, or fire hazards.
To assist Dir HR building and efficient team of employees by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and security.
To conduct training for new and existing employees on safety/security as directed, to report all activities to the Training Manager on a monthly basis and to keep accurate departmental records of all training conducted.
To ensure that security log books are properly used in order to enable the accurate monitoring of resort outlets, stores, offices, accommodation units and alike and monitoring work performed is recorded.
To ensure marine vessel movements are recorded, schedules followed, daily marine movements are done and communicated at all times.
To ensure preventative maintenance schedules are formed for vessel and faults reported to maintenance at all times including vessel usage logs, fuel reports done daily/monthly.

Hotel School Graduates and/ or experience in a similar position
Outgoing personality who fosters good relation. Computer literate.
Experience working in a multicultural team including working in a resort environment
