Sales Manager (start date September 2011)
This position is primarily concerned with servicing of Tour operator accounts from all our markets, provide support and assist the team in the generation and coordination of sales activities, procedures, controlling and planning of duties and tasks. Formulate reports relating to tour operators and travel industry contacts.

F&B Manager (start date August 2011)
To assist F&B Director to ensure the smooth running of the operation. Responsibilities include but not limited to Guest Satisfaction, team development, GOP results, general administration whilst ensuring maintenance of standards and maximum profitability.

Assistant FOM (start date August 2011)
Work closely with the Director of Rooms in the day to day operations. Assist with the overall management of the FO function, ensuring accurate processing of guest and external operator accounts, coordination of guest transfers and maintaining a high level of communication and information with guests and resort departments.

Restaurant Manager (start date September 2011)
To operate and manage an efficient and effective restaurant operation, people management and team development, maximising outlet profits whilst providing excellent food & beverage service to guests.

Team Welfare Manager (start date September 2011)
Responsible for the daily welfare of team members in the areas of accommodation, activities, communication and act as a liaison with the HR Team.

Fleet Manager (start date August 2011)
Responsible for the daily fleet operation including team management, guest comfort and service quality, diversions, and supplies transport, timeliness, cost effectiveness, safety and boat maintenance program.
