Kids Club Hostess (Female)
JOB TASK
- Handle the children in the Kid Club and ensure rules are adhered to, to ensure a smooth and safe operation
- Make sure first aid kit is on hand and is regularly checked for stock
- Follow all instructions given by the parent and pay special attention to any food allergies or other allergies
- Always be confident and reassure the parents so they know that the children are safe and secure while in care at the club
JOB SPEC’s
- Young dynamic and highly motivated
- Hotel School Graduates and/ or experience in a similar position
- Outgoing personality who fosters Customer relation. Computer literate.
- You must speak English and other international languages are considered as an advantage.
- Experience working in a multicultural team including working in a resort environment
- Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person and very service oriented
- Handle guest check-in/check-out and responsible for front desk operation
- Responsible for planning/arranging all guest activities and execution
- Handle MAT and Speedboat operation for guests transfer in liaise with Reservation and Resorts Marine Department.

Front Desk Trainee (Male or Female)
JOB TASK
- Assist Front Desk agent to handling guest check in and check out
- Records sales invoices to subsidiary ledger
- Posting of official receipts to ledger for paid account
- Aging of receivables
- Make statement of account to clients who have past due accounts
- Handle and transfer all incoming calls according to the standards and procedures of the resort
- Handle inquiries by providing appropriate information
- Assist in locating guests and employees when requested
- Ensure that guest’s expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service
- Update telephone guides in the resort computer system
- Handle the resort wake up and voice mail systems
