DHONI/BOAT CAPTAIN
The captain is the person in- charge of operating the vessel and the crew. The person should be a ‘hands-on’ person and must also be able to carry out administrative work tasks. The person should thoroughly understand the service and all operations on board the vessel and should also be ready to entertain guests where necessary.
You will be based in Male’ working on one of our excursion vessels.
Salary & Remunerations:
Basic Salary- MRF 6000.00
Food Allowance- MRF 1500.00
Phone Allowance- MRF 500.00
Service Charge, Annual Bonus, Medical Care, Leave Allowance, Ramazan Allowance, Career Development Opportunities, Accommodation are arranged on board the vessel, Salary Increment will be provided according to company policies.
Skills & Competencies:
Relevant licenses required to for a Dhoni Captian
Must be able to communicate with Basic English.
Minimum 4 years experience as a Boat Captain.
Experience in a resort for an excursion Dhoni will be an added advantage.
