Minimum Requirement
- GCE 0’ Level with minimum 2 years’ experience in the similar position

- Basic numerical analytical skills will be an advantage
Salary and Benefits;

Quantity Surveyor
Minimum Requirement
- University Degree or Master Degree Qualification in quantity surveying.
- Good computer knowledge (word/excel/project/coral draw/AutoCAD). 
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the similar field and should have a good knowledge of construction industry.
- Should be able to work independently and ready to take responsibility
- Should be willing to work long hours.
- Should be of age between 30 to 40 years
Remuneration
- Starting Salary US$1,500, during probation period (3 months). 
- Free food and accommodation.

With the tremendous expansion over the last few years, Villa Hotels is undertaking a long term Employee Development Project to enhance their people management and development processes. As part of the ongoing enhancement of their learning and development function, the company is looking to hire trainers to work in the Management Team of Royal Island Resort & Spa and Holiday Island Resort & Spa. This role involves providing internal consultancy to line departments on all areas of training in the resort. The role holder will source, prepare, implement, promote and conduct training programs necessary to fulfill identified training needs.
Job Description
As a Trainer you are responsible for managing the hotel's training function, including developing a complement of qualified departmental trainers, establishes a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results. The Trainer position impacts on the skills, knowledge and attitudes of every hotel employee and ensures the availability and use of effective resources. The position also plays a leading role in promoting the desired work culture.
• Analyzing training needs of the hotel in general and in individual departments, developing strategies and including them in the Training Business Plan.
• Prepare, tailor and facilitate all levels of training programs from new employee orientation, customer service training, technical on the job skills based training, supervisory skills training, management development training and health and safety training.
• Maintain hotel training records, statistics and training and development budgets and include in a monthly training report.
• Analyzing company statistics from Guest and Employee surveys, business financial results etc to measure success of training.
• Prepare and monitor training programs for external management trainees, work experience students and school trainees etc.
• Monitor departmental responsibilities are being met with regard to their training standard operating procedures and best practice.
• Provide input to department managers prior to annual performance and development reviews of their teams.
• Demonstrates an awareness of health & safety policies and procedures and includes where relevant in training courses.
• To manage the organization’s training provision, including identification of training needs and the development and delivery of training courses and workshops.
• To develop the organization’s training function and to ensure that training provided supports the aims and objectives of the organization and service teams.
• Planning and organizing Employee Relations Activities
• Managing Departmental Trainers Team
• Training Needs Analysis
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development or other related specialization
• Post-graduate qualification desirable (MSc/MBA/HRM)
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years experience in a related area.
• Sound knowledge of latest training methods.
• Ability to plan, organize and evaluate training programs.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Recent/current local/International work experience an advantage
• Warm and friendly
• Good Listener and Observer
• High level of personal confidence with public speaking.
• Open in giving and receiving constructive criticism
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and mature
• Ability to do in-depth analysis of a problem 
• Good knowledge about computers especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint

The company has now established itself as a leader in Integrated Pest Management process that includes both elimination and prevention, providing a wide range of residential, industrial, and agricultural pest control services, delivered with high quality, designed to cater to the demands of today’s discerning customer.

We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of a Technician (Trainee) x 04 to perform and conduct treatments to our clients and provide excellent feedback and customer service to our clients while working together with the MPCS team towards excellence.

The ideal candidate should;

 Ability to effectively communicate with management and customers.
 Speak, write, and read English fluently.
 posses strong communication and interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and a dedicated work ethic.
 take a genuine interest in people's needs and is prepared to do that little bit extra.
 be able to conduct regular visits to our client locations (mostly resort islands) for service feedback, observations, and treatments.
As a Trainee, you will be working under experienced technicians for a probation of 03 months.
Salary: Initial 03 months: 3500/- (Will be increased to minimum Mrf 4500/- upon successful probation)
