Ideally you should be well trained and experienced in all aspects of the Housekeeping Department. You should have a sound understanding of hospitality excellence and of the meaning of luxury. Furthermore you should be able to adapt to an island lifestyle in a remote location, a multinational staff and be flexible in your approach. You are also expected to be mature, focused, creative and dedicated towards your work.
