POST: LACTURER


Salary: US$1000/- per month.  (note: salary can be negotiate according to the qualification and experience of a candidate.


Experience / Qualifications 


It is essential that candidates will possess the following: 


* A Degree and/ or equivalent, relevant professional qualification to MA level 
* Recognized teaching qualification - PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent 
* Evidence of ongoing professional updating and development 
* Experience of working in a School/ FE/ HE in a teaching capacity 
* Experience of conducting teaching observations and/or mentoring and supporting trainee / 
  new teachers 
* Excellent teaching Skills 
* Commitment to keeping updated on issues relating to teaching and learning 
* Good e -LT Skills 
* Skilled in developing the curriculum in a flexible and responsive way 
* Professional approach to work and appearance 
* Enthusiasm and drive 
* Ability to work under pressure 
* Commitment to the College 
* Flexible attitude in the way he/she performs the job 
* Works well as a team member 
* Ability to relate to adult learners 
* Commitment to operating in a healthy and safe environment 
* Commitment to personal improvement 
* Commitment to high professional and personal standards of work and of conduct

Responsibilities
•  Lecturing to postsecondary students includes preparation of presentation materials to offer expertise to students regarding the field of study. This also involves continuous research to provide accurate and current information, and communicating with students to answer questions regarding lectures.
