Job Opportunity for Food & Beverage Director

Diva Maldives, a proud flagship of the Naiade Luxury Resorts located in the South Ari  Atoll is seeking for dynamic and ambitious talents  to be part of the big Diva Family where dream becomes a reality.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced   Food & Beverage Director 

to lead the team and oversee 07 restaurants and 06 bars.

 The individual must possess the following qualities:
• Previous experience in similar role in an  international five star resort.
• Experience in operating successful Food & Beverage Operation in an island settings.
• Ability  to work in a  multi cultural environment to achieve results in a  demanding        F & B operation .
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language , preferably French.
• Proven success in leading a food & beverage division with multiple outlets.
• Quality minded,  Able to implement and follow through service standards.
• Hands-on management style, motivator, leads by example
• Travels on single status ( unless a suitable post could be found within the hotel for partner)
