HR Manager (Maldivian Only)

At least Diploma or related certification in HR Management

2-3 years experience as Head of Department in HR in a 5* resort in Maldives

Excellent English and Dhivehi, both oral and written

High communication skills and good negotiator

Able to establish SOPs, calculate budgets and monitor adherence

Lead the HR Team and deliver results under pressure

Housekeeping Supervisor

Excellent written and spoken English

House Keeping skills and knowledge

Able to work long hours and under pressure

Lead a team of Villa Attendants

2-3 years 5* resort experience

GCE O’ level standard

Excellent English communication both written and spoken

Good computer skills and able to multi task under pressure

Outgoing, pleasant personality and team player

At least 1-2 years experience in a 5* resort property in the Maldives

Diesel Mechanic

Able to rectify petrol engines and Yanmar engines unsupervised

Physically fit and able to work long hours under pressure

Able to do preventative maintenance

Good English communication both written and spoken

Team Player with at least 1year experience working in an island

Yoga Master

Good written/spoken English skills

2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience
