Job Summary:
Responsible to act and develop strategies to hit or exceed sales targets and administratively monitor all sales related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting and marketing the products and services.
- Dealing with all sales enquiries, taking customers through the sales process to completion.
- Managing budgets and maintaining statistical/financial records.
- Sourcing new products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel.
- Taking part in familiarization visits to resorts/hotels in order to gain in-depth understanding and knowledge.
- Taking part in familiarization trips on the yachts with partners/suppliers.
- Representing the company/products and services at exhibitions/fairs and individual sales meetings.
- Develop and maintains relationships with key industry players and all partners.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all customer contact, personnel, product lines, promotional materials and events.
- Prospect for new clients/partners according to the business objectives.
- Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules.
- Creating and conceptualizing tailor made experiences and ensure that it is delivered at all levels of customer touch points.
- Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.
Skills and Competencies;
- Understand global tourism / travel industry and familiar with key players & markets.
- Must have sales & public relations skills.
- Computer literate.
- Fluent in English & able to multitask.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
Remunerations:
Basic Salary: Mrf 6,000 to 8,000 (negotiable based on qualifications and experience).

Hilton Maldives Irufushi Resort and Spa is currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Human Resources professional with the objective of improving attitude, skills and knowledge of employees.
Being the Assistant Human Resources Manager, you belong to the management team and oversee the day to day operation of the Human Resources department, ensuring best practices and adhering to our Hilton standards, policies and procedures. You also oversee all Recruitment activities and are involved in Performance Management. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues
- Being motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and finding opportunities to learn new skills to improve your personal performance
- Maintaining high Team Focus by showing cooperation and support to Team Members in the pursuit of team goals
- Ensuring supervision of day to day HR operations and administration for 550 Team Members
- Liaising closely with all Department Heads on recruitment matters and maintaining an open dialogue with them in order to identify needs and succession planning
- Reviewing application/CVs, interviewing job applicants, evaluating applicant’s skills and make recommendation regarding applicant’s suitability
- Developing and maintaining relationship with employment agencies, universities/college, local schools and other recruitment sources
- Maintaining records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data, absenteeism rates, performance appraisal, transfers, holidays, labour turnover and retention…, driving improvement year on year
- Getting involve in all Performance management issues and support Department Head according to legal requirements and Hilton policies
- Keeping updated on legal development, including employment act and work visa
- Projecting a smart image at all times and leading by example
- Being aware of budgets and P&L for HR department and all Resort
- Deputising for HRM when needed
You are result oriented, self motivated and have a positive attitude. You have 4 years experience in HR and at least two years in hospitality. You have social skills and a presence, enabling you to interact and deal at all levels effectively. You portray a fair leadership style and are easily approachable for your employees.
