Qualification & Experience
- Completed any course in architecturalrelated field.(autoCAD & 3Dmax)
- Experience Candidate will be morepreferable.


Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural, structural andworking drawings showing plans, elevations,sections, materials, finishes and otheraspects such as layouts, electrical, plumbing
- Prepare three-dimensional drawings &3Dmax rendering
- Working mainly technical drawing withcomputers, but will spend some timeoutdoors inspecting sites visit.

Job vacancy for Cost Controller at Paradise Island Resort & Spa

FOOD & BEVERAGE COST CONTROLLER

• To liaise closely with the Food & Beverage Department on various operational and

cost related issues 

• To prepare the costing for recipes and menus prepared by the Executive Chef and

suggest the selling price 

• To perform random test counts in the Stores 

• To prepare the Short expiry & slow moving report for Food & Beverage Stores 

• To verify outlet void control sheets 

• To random test the inventory of outlets by reconciling the opening stock with the

closing stock, taking account of stores issues and sales 

• To make sure that the month end inventory memo has been prepared & send to

the concerned department 

• Prepare Food and Beverage Cost Report 

• Preparing Suppliers Comparison Report 

• Preparing Spoilage and pilferage report

Staff Nurse


Responsibilities
• assess the medical history of patients and record details 
• monitor blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc 
• administer drugs and give injections 
• assist the doctors, in surgical procedures 
• provide emergency medical care, such as resuscitation 
• monitor the progress of a patient during therapy 
• provide emotional support through listening, encouraging and empathising. 
Key skills for nurses 
• excellent practical skills 
• ability to empathise 
• good organisational skills 
• ability to work in a team.


Qualification 
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing 
• IELTS minimum score of 5.5
